Subscription to Xero to enable you to enter all your bookkeeping transactions and keep track of your finances wherever you are.  Minimal training is required and it can all be done online whenever and wherever you have time to do it.

 

We prepare your annual accounts from Xero or from your own bookkeeping records if you prefer

 

We prepare your corporation tax return and ensure that you keep up to date with changes made by HMRC

 

We provide company secretarial support to complete and submit your annual Companies House return

 

We will prepare the payroll for up to 25 people

 

We will also prepare and submit the personal tax returns for up to two directors

 

We will prepare and submitt your VAT returns each quarter 

 

We will prepare monthly/quarterly reports and discuss your results with you

 

We will attend monthly/quarterly meetings and our friendly and knowledgable team will assist with general queries online and by phone throughout the year
